Derozan will give energy to a bench that is not that athletic plus allow him to be the go to guy among the bench players, that is how he will get NBA ready. They are 3 thumbs up over .500, which isn't that great. If I was doing half-thumbs-up, Ukic, Douby and Evans would have received them. Not sure that is such an optimistic view.
