Triano’s substitutions are as random as ever and he couldn’t even get Calderon to the table in time to get him back in? WTF? Down 9 with 2:48 left, coming off a shot clock violation defensive stop and Triano doesn’t get Calderon back in the game? Parker commits offensive foul/turnover, gets knocked on his ass on a hard pick, O’Neal retaliates and the game is over.
Triano looks lost – we need a real coach.

Notice that all our sports teams are owned by corporations. Rogers Cable and MLSE, not a Paul Allen or a Mark Cuban. Although they are worth hundreds of millions, the owners and executives here have no sports acumen to speak of. They really don’t know anything about building a winning team; don’t know the players who come to town and have admitted that there goal is to make money. There bottom line is to raise profits while keeping payrolls down. Which is what they have practiced for decades and are ahead of your average business person.

Agreed. He cant beat any power forward who is as good as he is. He only takes pride in beating the little guy ( Sacremento, Charlotte, Memphis )

TRIANO proved again last night thathe will never shed the interim label.
His substitution patterns were a mess last night. Bargs should of had more time, why was Solomon out there in the 1st, where was our backup pg AP in the first half?

Personally,

my frustration comes from the fact that all Toronto teams suck. The Leafs suck, the Jays are unfortunately in the AL East (the only way to win there if you aren’t the BoSox Yanks is to be absolute shit for a decade and accumulate #1 picks ala Tampa Bay) the Argos are garbage (although I don’t watch the CFL) and TFC didn’t make the playoffs.

The Raptors were supposed to be a team which would at least make the playoffs and give fans at least some reason to cheer. Now this season occurs and it’s like damn…it makes it hard to be a sports fan in this city.

Freezing out Bargs and not coaching this crappy team to feed a hot hand were perhaps Toronto’s and Triano’s biggest mistakes last night. They were up by 6 after the first quarter, when the usual happens and because Botch needs his stats everything starts getting passed to Claw hand. This team has never learned toi feed a hot hand. The only player who gets it no matter how bad they’re playing is Bosh because he thinks he’s our saviour..someone needs to tell him he’s a good player but he’s no star! Charlie V is and can be a way better player than Bosh and always was…never got the chance. Raptors have a way of ruining anyone who can be great and does have the talent by avoiding them to feed the ball and ego of only one player at a time…Stoudamire…Carter…Bosh…
Because of that we have lost great players like Billups, McGrady, Camby, Charlie V,etc.. and if we keep Bosh we will lose Bargs eventually. Great teams like the Lakers spread the ball to all the good players and don’t put up with an ego like Bosh’s unless he’s a Kobe, LeBron or Wade which he clearly is not.

I don’t agree with you that Bosh is a start…He is the most overated all star period. I do however agree with you on where to put him…put him on any team but Toronto and rebuild this team now. He is our best trade bait while other teams think he’s a star. At best Bosh is a very good player who is much more of a skinny center than a PF. He has never been Mr. Cltch or the go to guy and what’s worse is he THINKS he is which is really dangerous. He started going severely downhill when Toronto made him their star.When he started talking about how great he is and MVP and all that shit, and calling out his teamates for shit he does all the time I knew he is headed down the same path as a Marbury ( although not as severe) The Raptors biggest problem is they filled his head with bullshit to make him believe he’s in LeBron, Kobe, Wade, Dunca, Nowitski, territory and he is not even close nor will he ever be. He needs to be the second or third scoring option on a good team.

I have to say,that I dont always agree with what Arse has to say,but I love the fact that he doesn’t sweeten the conversation,calls it the way he sees it…he sees it !!!!
We may choose to look at players and events with rose colored glasses,sometimes when the lenses are full of shit !!!!
There is always going to be posters,ie “Andiamo” that when I read them,even though I dont always agree,I always get a chuckle.

Bargs should have been traded. Now hes going to stink the joint up again and his value will be 0.

Never seen a 7 footer with such mental weakness like Bargs. It’s pathetic. He’s literally has emotional issues and is very fragile.

Best player on a bad team. You would think with those stats they could, I dunno elevate there team and make them better? Guess not.
